One Bad Bridge

Well, Joe and I don't have a trip planned to Durham,NC anytime soon, but if you do...you might want to check this out...especially at the end when a 5er tries to make it! The tresel is owned by the Norfolk Railroad Service. Their concern is that the trains run safely...many a truck and RV have ignored the warning signs put up by the city. Hope the Rand McNally has this spot marked!
This is my first attempt at a video so I have my fingers crossed that it works. It has been rainy and cloudy here in Tucson today. Besides playing with the pups at the park early, its been a lazy day. We hope to hear from the service dept. as our slide motor was to be shipped and arrive late this afternoon. Maybe tomorrow it can be installed.

  1. Yes I have seen that video before. Do you know that Tom and Linda did just that on the way back to Emerald Coast. Had to have a whole new roof, A/C the whole nine yards done. It took about a whole month to complete. Must have been terrible.

  4. The Interesting thing is that even though we have a GPS that is supposed to help us avoid those low bridges, it has tried to have us go under a few of those. All we could do was stop, put the four ways on and slowly back ourselves out of it. Thank Goodness we saw the sign the the heighth measurement because we are running 13'-5". Be Safe and Enjoy!

    It's about time.
